Property Street is an independent Modern, Energetic & Exciting Estate and Letting Agents, based at our new shop premises in Chelmsford, Essex.

Setup by two partners in July 2006 'Property Street' has been carefully designed to ensure that we can offer our complete range of services across a host of towns and villages in Essex. These range from Colchester to Chelmsford to Harlow and beyond.

We are totally independent and not tied to a national chain, but we are full member of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents for your protection.

We try to be cheaper than all the other agents, and offer you a better customer service experience.

• We do not charge large sign up fees. We are realistic.
• We can sell you property for 0.7% or we can let it out for 9% fully managed.
• We can just find you a tenant, or we can just help you advertise your house privately.
• We offer bespoke packages, nothing is set in stone. Tell us what you need. We are truly flexible.
• We do not just work 9-5. Our working hours adapt to your circumstances.
• We are happy to give out our personal mobile numbers, we are happy to talk when it suits you.
