Hadrians Wall is also located nearby and is an incredible feat of architecture engineering. There are many areas well worth exploring around the city, including Beamish, Durham, Gateshead and and Holy Island. Eldon Square Shopping Centre is one of the shopping highlights of the city. St James Park is the home of Newcastle United Football Ground. Newcastle's Central station is located in Neville Street, south of the city centre and north of the river Tyne. Central Station Newcastle is located on Britain's east coast main line linking England and Scotland, and is directly accessible from London King's Cross, Glasgow and Edinburgh. A Metro underground station is located at Central Station giving access to the Airport and other parts of the City and Tyne side by Metro.
